Phase 1 - Kick Off and Assessment
- Kick Off meeting to review project timelines and deliverables
- Determine Client Project Team and Key Stakeholders
- Review Client's Talent Management processes and initiatives
- OMI TMS product demonstration
- Conduct interviews and working sessions on current vs. desired states
- Gather business and functional requirements
Phase 2 - Planning and Design
- Confirm requirements and identify roadblocks
- Determine interfaces with client systems and processes
- Develop integration, communications and training plans
- Develop conceptual systems and select a short-list of candidates
- Evaluate candidate systems and select final concept
- Finalized design details
- Validate design against all requirements
Phase 3 - Configuration and Build (if required)
- Configure TMS using FlexCenter
- Develop and test integrations
- Develop, test and launch site or application
- Prepare for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare for training and Pilot
Phase 4 - Test and Pilot
- Complete UAT and implement feedback items
- Train client user groups
- Pilot TMS within user groups
- Implement Pilot feedback items in FlexCenter and training program
Phase 5 - Delivery and Confirmation
- Complete all client training
- Finalize transition, integration and support plans
- Launch OMI Support, as required
- Launch TMS for client community
- Confirm client's readiness for transition
Phase 6 - Transition and Ongoing Support
- Transition systems and processes to client HR and IT, as required
- Review project deliverables and support feedback with client
- Implement any remaining feedback items
- Communicate formal transition to client staff
- Continue with ongoing support as planned
