Leadership Team

Scott joined OrganizationMetrics (OMI) as President and CEO in November of 2005, bringing with him more than fifteen years of executive management experience in the HR and technology fields. Under his leadership, OrganizationMetrics has grown from a HR consultancy company with a handful of customers to one of the world's most respected providers of global talent management software.

Scott's depth of knowledge in the talent management market and extensive experience with global sales and business development has been instrumental in forging a strong vision and new direction for OMI. As President and CEO, Scott focuses on positioning the company in global markets, strengthening its partnerships and building its customer base.

Over the past eighteen years, Scott has held leadership positions with organizations providing HR solutions to Global 2000 corporations with a specific focus on international recruitment and performance management. His industry experience includes financial services, high technology and manufacturing.

In 2005, after recognizing the enormous business potential in applying OMI's technology to HRM globally and across various industrial sectors, Mark Perry became one of its principal investors/owners.  In his role as COO, Mark is responsible for all Financial and Operational facets of the company, along with all Support and Development teams within OMI.

Mark has over 15 years of upper management experience in the Manufacturing, Construction, and Oil & Gas Industries, with his past activities based in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. His career includes leadership roles in operations, project management, quality and engineering with large multinational companies.  This breadth of experience helps Mark position OMI for its own growth and globalization efforts, and allows him to provide his teams with insights into the customer experience.

Brent joined OMI in 1994 and quickly became an innovator and visionary with deep domain knowledge in the talent management industry. As Chief Technology Officer, Brent leads the company's Research, Development and Quality Assurance teams. In this role as thought leader, Brent builds, manages and motivates his team to innovate and take best advantage of new technologies and changes in market direction. As a result, the team delivers highly competitive products and leading edge solutions for the global talent market. Brent's long tenure with OMI gives him a solid understanding of OMI's products and solutions, our customers and of the global talent management market.

Brent's work designing OMI's Talent Management solutions for Johnson & Johnson, International Finance Corporation, American Express and many other global brands has made him well-versed in Talent Management best practices and in the application of technology to maximize the return on Talent Management initiatives. Some of Brent's more recent R&D endeavors include the application of work flow analytics, user interfaces and social networking to advance Talent Management practices.

Richard is responsible for OMI's global sales execution, as well as market expansion and penetration strategies.  With over 24 years of sales and sales management experience in the HR industry, Richard has consistently built long lasting client relationships and driven focused sales productivity across his teams.

Richard has worked with both on-premise and outsourced solutions while helping numerous global Fortune 1000 firms develop stronger human resources functions.  These organizations include well-known companies such as Federal Express, The Coca Cola Company, Toyota, Regions Bank, and Boston Scientific Corporation.

Peter is the key driving force in the development and implementation of OMI's product architecture, strategic vision, and product infrastructure as well as serving as a chief architect of OMI's TMS product line.

Prior to joining OrganizationMetrics in 2008, Peter was a founder and CTO of a web marketing company which developed smart sales and marketing technologies using artificial intelligence. Peter was an early adopter and evangelist of Application Service Provider (ASP) technologies, including distributed web services, encryption, metadata, and technical documentation, and is an active contributor to international standards organizations. In his over 17 years experience in software development and architecture, Peter has held senior management and engineering positions at major technology companies and research institutions.
