Benefits Through Impacts To Your Stakeholders

The ways we can measure our impact on your business is almost as numerous as the benefits themselves. That's what OrganizationMetrics quickly discovered when we considered how using our Talent Management System (TMS) truly impacted our clients' businesses and stakeholders. While case studies and return-on-investment calculations are indeed important, it is ultimately our daily impact on key stakeholders that we have used to guide our way over the last few decades. We pride ourselves on being able to put ourselves in their shoes and live through their daily tasks and meetings, right down to how it feels to "finish" the day and head home.

All that said, we also found that virtually everyone in our clients' organizations is a key stakeholder and often the same person can be a stakeholder from two or more viewpoints. For example, most managers are also employees - some of whom have additional interests and responsibilities in talent management from the HR or IT perspectives.

In the end we distilled our list of stakeholders into the following five key positions, each faced with their unique viewpoints, challenges and opportunities:

Executives    Managers    Employees    HR Professionals    IT Professionals

At OrganizationMetrics we strive to continuously converse with these stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment of how we can best impact the business and all those involved.
