Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for all product deliveries and QA processes
- Ensure that the testing process delivers extremely high quality software
- Testing process includes: review of functional specifications and design documents to ensure completeness, development of test plans and test cases (both functional test plans and system test plans), execution and tracking of test plans, documentation of results, design, execution and recording of regression test plans)
- Ensure customer documentation is complete
- Act as the corporate memory to ensure continuous learning on design and coding issues (yes, there are some in all software developments)
- Own and manage the QA process
- Implement best practices

Knowledge and skills we are looking for:
- Experience leading a team through all stages of the software development life cycle
- Knowledge and experience with the processes and tools needed to reliably design, deliver, test and support the QA role
- Server 2000 or Oracle SQL
- Microsoft IIS, Active Directory/LDAP experience an asset
